• “Rewards” – Coins, tokens, or cash credits earned in the App.

5. Gameplay and Rewards

• Earn Rewards: You can earn coins, tokens, or cash rewards by playing games, viewing ads, or completing surveys.

• In-App Balance: Rewards are shown inside the App and may be redeemed for cash via PayPal once your balance reaches $0.01.

• Cashout Speed: Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

• Fraud Prevention: LDR may audit user activity and reverse rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or system errors.

6. Taxes and Reporting

Rewards may constitute taxable income. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. LDR may issue IRS Form 1099 or similar forms where required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party SDKs and APIs for ads, analytics, survey delivery, hosting, and payments: AppLovin, Adjoe, BitLabs, CPX Research, Dynata, Firebase, TapResearch, PayPal, and AWS. Each partner has its own privacy policy. LDR is not responsible for their independent data practices.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to engage in the following actions:

• Multiple or Fake Accounts: Do not create duplicate, fraudulent, or automated accounts.

• Location Manipulation: Do not use VPNs, proxies, or any location-spoofing tools to bypass geographic rules.

• System or Reward Abuse: Do not exploit game mechanics, referrals, or reward systems unfairly.

• App Tampering: Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the App in any way.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and loss of all rewards.

9. License to Use the App

LDR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App or its content.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, designs, and software are owned by LDR or its licensors. Use of our trademarks without permission is prohibited.

Participation in LDR contests and rewards is free of charge. Purchasing products or services does not increase your chances of winning. LDR is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Apple Inc.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LDR and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App, loss of rewards, or third-party actions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless LDR, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution:

• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

• No Jury Trial: Both you and LDR expressly waive the right to a jury trial.

• Small-Claims Exception: Either party may choose to file an eligible claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

• Survival: This arbitration clause remains in effect even after your account is terminated.

15. Force Majeure

LDR is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters, legal restrictions).

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for policy violations, fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, all unused rewards may be forfeited.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Jurisdiction-Specific Clauses

United States:
Governed by U.S. federal and Texas state law. Void where prohibited. Cash-based games may be restricted in AZ, AR, CT, DE, LA, MT, SC, SD, TN.

Canada:
Winners must correctly answer a legally required skill-testing question before receiving cash rewards.

Australia:
Allowed under state trade-promotion laws unless specific regional restrictions apply.

Brazil:
Prize promotions may require government authorization; the App may operate on an entertainment-only basis.

Mexico:
Cash prizes are regulated by SEGOB. Only virtual or nominal rewards should be offered without prior approval.

India:
Only skill-based or entertainment-based gameplay is permitted. Not available in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, or Tamil Nadu.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Entire Agreement / Severability / Waiver

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LDR. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. LDR’s failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
